Description

A large tree in the foreground rendered in broad, wavy strokes, with daubs of paint slathered forcefully onto the paper, leaving tiny splatters. Dry, gestural strokes are scribbled across the lower half of the composition in zigzagging motions, evoking tall grasses, while brief, concise, disjointed strokes across the horizon evoke houses in the distance. Painted in shades of bluish grey and brown.
