Description
-
A self-portrait reduced to a simple calligraphic symbol painted in black over a green and blue backdrop. Slender, broken, gestural brushstrokes are superimposed over the artist's face in a dense, all-over configuration. Surrounding the image are columns of pseudo-calligraphic forms painted in black, over fluorescent red and green paint.

Foxing. Tiny pinholes at the corners. Creases at the corners and along the left and bottom edges. Tears along the top and left edges. Slight damage near the top left corner.
