Description
-
A close-up, frontal self-portrait painted in a semi-realistic style, using a colour palette dominated by yellow hues, over a textured base formed by thick, diagonal, scar-like strokes of an impasto medium. The subject gazes directly at the viewer, his brows furrowed in a solemn expression.
