This semi-abstract landscape painting consists of blocks of colourful wet-on-wet brushstrokes loosely confined within rectangular segments delineated with bold, dark lines. Columns of calligraphic scribbles have been painted over this base layer using a slender brush, while some strokes appear to have been scratched into the surface using the sgraffito technique. The colour palette includes red, amber, green, blue, and black. Possibly a representation of a house surrounded by plants.

Very slight discolouration. Very mild craquelure. Small bits of paint flaking off. Tears or cuts in the canvas (clearly visible on the reverse). It is unclear what the original colour of the canvas was, but the unpainted areas appear to have turned brown. Canvas has been remounted onto a new stretcher. In good condition overall. The letters "RCH" and the dimensions of the canvas are imprinted on the back of the frame.
