Description
-
With ballpoint pen lines and bold, medium-sized brushstrokes, this semi-abstract painting depicts a hairless man facing the viewer with his torso bared and his arms outstretched. An rectilinear shape has been superimposed over his mouth, while numerous vertical lines cover his face. Two disembodied eyes float in the background, which is densely packed with daubs of paint and short, broken, idiosyncratic brushstrokes.
