An abstract, gestural painting composed of curvilinear, calligraphic strokes painted in a controlled, deliberate manner using a coarse, round brush. The composition recalls the Chinese character "子".

Signed and dated "1972" in pen and pencil and numbered "0622." on the back of the work. An arrow drawn on the back of the frame to indicate the right way to display the work.

Condition
-
Foxing. Very slight buckling. Creases along the right and bottom edges of the frame, where it was cut to size. Glue stains, adhered bits of paper, and tape on both sides of the frame.
