Lumps of black paint applied to a black background. Visible traces of the artist’s finger marks. Parts of the unpainted canvas are still visible, especially in the bottom right corner. Canvas made of two similarly sized pieces of fabric joined together vertically.

Dust and mould. Parts of the black paint appear yellow ochre. Oil stains visible through the back of the work. Small tear measuring approximately 2-3cm near the inner edge of the frame towards the top right corner of the painting.
