Foxing, especially along the edges (likely due to being framed). Slight creases at the top left and top right corners. Small brown stains and faint fingerprints. Liquid stains at the bottom right corner. Stains on the reverse due to the medium used seeping through the paper. Brown paper triangles stuck to the back of the work.
