An urban landscape painted in a semi-realistic, semi-abstract style. While a seamlessly blended, pale watercolour wash fills the sky, the shophouses, telephone lines, and cars in the foreground are rendered in thin, vividly coloured strokes. The use of atmospheric perspective and a warm colour palette dominated by orange and yellow lends the image an idyllic air. The scene is located at Talat Phlu (ตลาดพลู).
