The poem, which begins with rows of the repeated word "fish" (ปลา), evokes images of fish swimming to the tune of a saxophone, and of people fishing to feed themselves, to earn money, and for the sake of fate.

Foxing. Brown patches (possibly tide lines). Creases and tears at the top right corner. Bits of paper stuck along the left edge of the work. Brown paper triangles stuck to the back of the frame. White spots on the back of the frame.
