Composed of short, broken hatch lines and gestural scribbles scrawled over the paper in repetitive, back-and-forth motions, the drawing depicts, in an abstract, expressive style, an image of the artist's face. The image is bordered by a rectangular frame which is patterned with rows and columns of pseudo-calligraphic scribbles. In shades of red, orange, yellow, green, blue, purple, and brown.

Foxing. Creases at the corners and along the right edge. Tears along the edges. Insect stuck near the bottom edge of the work. Grazing. Insect droppings and discolouration of the paper along the left and right edges. Insect damage along the right edge. Serious tide lines.
