A self-portrait reduced to a fragmented, faceted surface defined by dynamic, sweeping gestural brushstrokes and flat planes of vivid, unnaturalistic colour, including red, yellow, green, blue, brown, black, fluorescent pink, and fluorescent orange. Slender, calligraphic scribbles are layered over the entire composition in dark colours.
