Foxing. Creases at the corners. Tiny pinholes at the corners. Tape on the reverse. Insect stuck to the work near the top edge. Tears along the left edge. A tear along the top edge which appears to have been repaired. Brown stains on the reverse from being stacked on top of another work (possibly 1964-0009-0-PA, 1964-0010-0-PA, or 1966-0022-0-PA).
