Formed by rows of the repeated word "human" (คน), the concrete poem uses block letters to spell out the words "to be born" (เกิด), "to age" (แก่), "to feel pain" (เจ็บ), and "to die" (ตาย), referring to a Buddhist understanding of suffering and the stages of human existence.
