A curved line formed by repeated instances of the words "chase" (ไล่) and "catch" (จับ), with a single instance of the words "street peddler" (แม่ค้า) and "police" (ตำรวจ) positioned at either end of the line. In blue.

Titled "ไล่จับ." along the fold. A circle bisected by a diagonal line. "1969" written in pencil, next to a check mark. "1977" written in pen. "หมายดึงเอา" written next to another circle bisected by a diagonal line, along with an inscription resembling the name "Thip" (ทิพย์). A single instance of the word "human" (คน) inscribed on the reverse. "O" pencilled on the reverse.

In poor condition. Foxing. Serious insect droppings. A vertical fold down the centre. Staple holes, creases, and tears along the fold. A very slight crease at the bottom right corner. Creases at the other corners. Brown stains. Serious grey smudges and stray pen marks on the reverse.
