A two-by-four matrix formed by repeated instances of the phrase "thieves in uniform" (โจรในเครื่องแบบ), followed by the words "fill the city" (มีเต็มเมือง) and rob (ปล้น). In the lower half of the composition, a semicircular shape is delineated by repeated instances of the word for "the people" (ประชาชน).

Foxing. Light creases at the bottom right corner. Creases at the top left and bottom left corners. Insect droppings on the reverse, resulting in grey stains on the side of the work. Insect droppings. A small brown stain. Slight discolouration of the paper.
