แผ่นดิน ข้าวมีปลามี
กินไม่หมด
คนแย่งกันกิน ปล้นกัน
ฆ่ากัน แย่งชิงกัน
มีแต่น้ำตานอง
ป่ามี เลี้ยงนก ในลำธารมีปลา
แสงแดดมี อากาศดี ลมโชยก็มี
น้ำตกก็มี สัตว์ก็มี ต้นหญ้าดอกไม้
อยู่กันมานานแสนนาน
The land has rice, has fish
More than we can finish
People fight for food, robbing each other
Killing each other, scrambling among themselves
Only tears overflow
There are forests to nourish the birds; in the river there are fish
There is sunlight, good weather, and the breeze too
There are waterfalls too; there are animals too; grass, flowers
