Some words have been circled and cancelled out. Two check marks in pencil. An isolated inscription, possibly "คุย", at the bottom right corner.

Foxing. Light creases within the work, along the left, right, and bottom edges, and at the top right corner. Creases at the other corners. A small tear along the right edge. Tiny holes along the rough left edge. Paper may have been removed from a sketchbook or a notebook. Small brown stains.
