An abstract composition dominated by a rectangular field composed of small, looping motifs, brief, idiosyncratic pen strokes, and spontaneous, gestural scribbles arranged in areas of varying density. To the right are smaller clusters formed by similar strokes and rows of neatly arranged, tiny, broken pen marks.

Foxing. Slight creases at the top left, bottom left, and bottom right corners. Tiny brown spots along the right edge. Possibly insect droppings. White marks, tape, and paper triangles stuck to the reverse. Brown stains on the reverse due to the medium used seeping through the paper.
