Description
-
A semi-abstract sketch of the artist's face composed of quick, short, broken scribbles and zigzagging hatch lines. Wild, wavy lines surround the artist's head, evoking his long hair. His hands and feet are disproportionately small and are delineated in a naive, seemingly haphazard style. Horizontal and vertical strokes are superimposed over the lower two-thirds of the image.

Creases at the corners. Grazing. Fingerprints and smudges. Fairly serious brown stains. Marks along the edges suggesting that the work was taped previously. Tape on the reverse. Paper stuck to the reverse.
