Translucent, patchy streaks of paint and dry brush textures applied in halting, wavering, gestural motions, forming a cloudy sky above trees and a faint silhouette of a house formed by brief, broken paint daubs, wet-on-wet brushstrokes, and broad, sweeping swathes of dilute paint respectively. A river runs along the lower edge of the composition. Painted in blue, green, orange, yellow, and brown.
