Broad, sweeping, spontaneous, gestural brushstrokes and scribbles slathered over the entire work in layers, with black outlines defining a semi-abstract, front-facing portrait of the artist seated with his knees spread and his elbows resting on his thighs. Columns of pseudo-calligraphic characters fill the background. Painted in red, fluorescent red, fluorescent orange, yellow, green, blue, and black.
