Foxing. Insect damage at the bottom right corner. Tide lines, tears, creases, and brown stains along the right edge and at the top right and bottom right corners. Slight creases at the top left and bottom left corners. Small tears and creases along the bottom edge. Paper appears to have been torn to size along the top edge. Brown stains on the reverse from being placed on top of 0000-0536-0-PB.
