Foxing. Brown stains. Tiny holes and a vertical fold down the centre. Paper may have been removed from a sketchbook. Small tears and creases along the fold. Indented lines caused by heavy pen pressure on the other side of the work. Light creases at the top right and bottom left corners. Tiny dark-coloured spots. Possibly insect droppings.
