Slender, patchy, and mostly vertical brushstrokes layered over the entire work in vivid, unnaturalistic colours, evoking fences, plants, and shadows along a street in one-point perspective, and a tree at the centre of the composition. In shades of red, orange, blue, black, purple, and fluorescent pink. With wide grid lines and raised ridges from crumpled paper laid over the wet paint.
